Mayra & Julio House is our family's venture, a family business where we all work to make your experience here unforgettable. We, Julito and Daniel (father and son), are the main hosts, but Emmanuel and Anaili are a very important part of our team. They are great friends of the family and manage the house for us on the online booking platforms, they are available 24 hours a day to answer all your questions and give you the first welcome. We want your stay with us to be an opportunity to relax and enjoy the comforts we offer you ;) It is a fantastic place to spend your holidays with family or friends. We will be very happy to give you the best local recommendations of the city of Varadero, of places to eat and where to have fun. We are in the busiest area of ​​Varadero but at the same time our home is very quiet, very close to the beautiful Josone park, where you will love to take boat rides or have a picnic in its beautiful and spacious gardens. In our house we have two rooms, each with an independent entrance and recently restored for your total comfort. They are arranged as follows: - Room 1: is a large studio-type room, with two double beds and a private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day. - Room 2: has a double bed and a single bed, and a private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day. With this announcement you will be renting Room 1, just the one you see in the photos. We also have a common terrace for both rooms, glazed with a shaded area and dining room so you can enjoy the delicious breakfasts that we can sometimes serve you here. We also have an outdoor area on our terrace so you can enjoy the warm Caribbean climate, with an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach. You will love spending time in this space surrounded by natural plants in a tropical environment. We also have an area with WIFI service at your disposal, for a fee, it works with hourly cards that are purchased at the ETECSA commercial offices. Our cleaning routine has been updated to meet all cleaning standards established in the protocol, in this way we will avoid the spread of germs. The house is cleaned every day, and bath soap and toilet paper are provided to all rooms, bed linen and towels are changed every other day. The services described below are paid and agreed with the host upon arrival: - Breakfast: Sometimes we provide breakfast service for guests in the morning. We depend on the availability of food at the time of year, it can include coffee or tea, milk, bread, butter, seasonal fruits, natural juices, jam, eggs and sandwiches, and we vary it every day so you don't get bored and can taste all the flavors of our kitchen. - Laundry: If you stay for many days or need to wash and iron your clothes, we will gladly do it for you, just let us know what you need and we will be happy to help you. - Private and collective taxis: We are in contact with the best taxi agency in the city, so we can easily manage your transfer to our house and also to the destination you choose, whether inside or outside the province.
