Located in the quiet neighbourhood of Camnago Volta, just a few minutes from the historic heart of Como, the two Luxury Apartments offer an exclusive retreat for those who desire an impeccable stay. The property offers covered parking for your convenience and a swimming pool exclusively reserved for flat guests, where you can relax and refresh after a day of exploring. The space The Luxury 1 apartment, located on the ground floor, is an elegant dwelling surrounded by an atmosphere of tranquillity. Here you will find maximum comfort in a spacious and luxurious ambience. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with direct access to the terrace, you will have all the space you need for your stay. We ask you to respect the common areas, namely the swimming pool as it is shared with the guests of the other flat. Parking is available on request, the space offers a parking space if the size of the car is small, otherwise parking is on the street a few metres away free of charge. The pool will be open on 06/08/2025 and closes on 09/17/2025. Electric car charger available only on request (before check-in) and has an additional cost of 25€ per day. Guest access Contact the agency before arrival to receive all useful information. Please do so by 6 pm, the office closes at 7 pm after this time it will no longer be possible to send the access information. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. Other things to note The owners of the facility are partners in the agricultural company called Podere Lucano, which produces oil and wine. Tasting events will be organised for guests, who will be informed of the dates. The city tax will have to be paid at the moment of the check in, 3€ per person per night for a maximum of 4 nights. Exempt the under 14. My staff and I will be available for the whole stay. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager.
