The apartment is situated on the first floor and comes with a designated parking space. While there isn't a washing machine in the unit, laundry facilities are available. The apartments are a 15-minute walk away from the beach, and it takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center and shops on foot. The rent covers all utility costs.
