The large porch area and private pool allows for swimming, sunbathing and cooling off after a day at the beach. Located in the famous North Forest beach neighborhood about a half mile from Coligny Plaza with its shopping, grocery and unique variety of restaurants. This well-appointed home has 5 Bedrooms, each with its own attached ensuites. Three of the bedrooms offer a separate private workspace. Highlights include 2 large, private master suites, open concept kitchen to family room, dining room and gathering space. A separate card room, and a tremendous traditional Carolina porch. Dining, sunning, and BBQ are all activities available on the outdoor porch. The porch provides garden views of the island.
