Pine Art house - creative relaxation

Pine Art house is the oasis of creative relaxation in the center of Pinerolo. The house, a large open space, is suitable for those who want privacy and tranquility without sacrificing centrality and services. You'll have free parking and can walk through the town's medieval streets or along the hill's scenic paths. Pine Art, large studio + separate entrance and kitchen, is located on the mezzanine floor. Completely renovated, it has brand new fixtures and a super equipped induction stove. The space The accommodation includes an entrance with a bookcase and a wide selection of magazines. The large entrance leads to the sleeping and living area on one side and to the bathroom on the other. The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. No one will be allowed to access the accommodation during your stay. - Sleeping area: for the exclusive use of guests you will find a closet with hangers, a closet with shelves, 3 large drawers. A double bed with drawers, 2 nightstands, a possible single bed. - Living area: the accommodation has a small living room with an armchair and smart TV. Cards, games, colored pencils, watercolors and markers are provided for entertainment. - Office: Pine Art has WiFi and a smart working station, with an office chair and backrest support, and a large openable desk. - Kitchen and dining room: you will find a fully equipped modern induction kitchen (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses and everything you need), local oil, salt, sugar and honey from our valleys, next to the sleeping area without a partition door. A refrigerator with fresh water and other drinks for a fee. The room is completed by a dining table for up to 6 people. Guest access The entire place is at the guests' disposal, no area is shared with other people. However, you will not be allowed to enter the third room of the accommodation. Other things to note The accommodation is on the mezzanine floor, with an entrance to the floor with stairs. You can leave your car in the white parking spaces in front of the entrance. The entrance door of the building is noisy, we are in the process of replacing it. Not suitable for those who sleep lightly or cannot tolerate minimal noise at night.
