The apartment is located in District 4, right next to the city's best entertainment and dining venues, opposite the building is a view of the Saigon River and luxury buildings in the city center. Your stay at my apartment will leave many memories and immense comfort and peace during your trip. The space With bright colors mixed with classic details, this bright 3-bedroom apartment is suitable for families or groups of friends to enjoy time together during their Saigon tour. The location is very quiet, clean and safe, which has a nice view of the city and the magnificent river. A short walk or 2 minutes by taxi/Grab to everywhere in the city center, where you can find many exciting nightlife activities. Guest access Guests can access the 2nd floor of the apartment, where the swimming pool and kid’s playground are located. Other things to note * Housekeeping: If you need daily cleaning or our housekeeping service, please contact us for more information. Please note that the cleaning fee you have paid is just for 1 time when you check out * Using towels: Please note that our white towels are only used for shower purpose. Any hard splotches can’t ve washed, we will charge 10$ USD each towel * Apartment key card: Please keep our key card carefully. If you lose them, we will charge 15$ USD each one * Early Check-In: if the room is available, we will be happy to let you have 2 hours check-in early free of charge. * Late check-out: We will charge for half a day until 4pm and full day from after 4pm. * Drop off baggage: If your flight arrives earlier/later than your check in/check-out time, you can drop off baggage at 12 PM, or leave them there until 2:00PM.
