FAMILY VERANDA SUITE DETAILS AND AMENITIES This suite was designed with the WHOLE FAMILY at heart with a little over 1,000 square foot of living space. It is also well suited for elderly guest or anyone that has trouble with stairs as you can access the suite from the driveway/garage/back patio with one step up and there is a master bedroom on the main floor. It comes with affordable nightly stays and discounts on longer visits. The space KITCHEN: NEW GRANITE COUNTERTOPS. The fully equipped kitchen comes with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, seasoning (salt/pepper/oil/etc) along with the appliances you will need for your short or long stay including a dishwasher. LAUNDRY: There is also a full-size stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. LIVING ROOM: The living area is down the hall from the kitchen along with the dinning area. It is a spacious area with plenty of comfortable seating and one pull out couch. The living room has a large 65" Roku TV and board games for entertainment. BEDROOMS *Bedroom 1: Main level - Queen size bed with a 43" Roku TV. *Bedroom 2: Main level - Bunk bed (Twin size mattress & Full size mattress) with 43" Roku TV. BATHROOM: NEW GRANITE COUNTER TOPS. Located on main floor a just few steps away from the master bedroom with tub and shower. Bathroom is equipped with hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, condition, and etc. WIFI: Free Wifi BACK PATIO: Designated for grilling, sitting back to relax, and designated smoking area. PARKING: Drive way and 1 private garage available. Parking spaces will fit 3 cars. PET FRIENDLY: Our unit is pet friendly. There is a $50 one time pet fee PER PET. We allow up to 2 pets max during your stay. Any unauthorized pet(s) will result in a $150 fee. EARLY CHECK IN: Guests can request an early check-in within 48 hours from arrival. There is a $35 early check-in fee per hour. LATE CHECK OUT: Guests can request a late check-out within 48 hours from departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late check-outs before this 48 hours window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged $35/hour after the normal 11AM check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 3 PM. ****Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged a $250 fee. We do provide a grace period of 15 minutes max before the unauthorized late checkout fee is applied. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property before next guest arrives. **** IF REQUESTED: Graco Pack 'N Play/Travel Crib Combo - NO CHARGE DURING YOUR STAY: We live upstairs with our family and three young children. You may occasionally hear normal household sounds, but we are very mindful of our guests, especially during quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM. PLEASE NOTE: This home may not be the best fit for guests who need to sleep during daytime hours.
