One Peace Country House

In the heart of the Puisaye, our One Peace house welcomes you in a soothing landscape, in complete simplicity, to share beautiful moments with family or friends, to take the time and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. A 3-minute drive from the town of Bléneau, where you will find the necessary amenities (supermarket, bakery, etc.), the house is located in the tiny village of Breteau (97 inhabitants!), for a RELAXING stay in the countryside! The space The house has been recently renovated with taste and authenticity. On the ground floor, an open kitchen, a living room with fireplace, both open to the garden; a dining room, toilet and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 140 cm double bed and baby bed, one bedroom with 160 cm double bed and single bed, and a third bedroom with 140 cm double bed. A second living room, a second bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, and finally, a dormitory with a sofa bed, a double bed 140 and 3 single beds. In the outdoor garden, a fixed barbecue, terrace, hammock and swing. The prices displayed correspond to an occupancy of the 4 rooms (up to 12 people) - discussion possible if there are fewer visitors. Sheets are not provided except on request and with a surcharge. Lots of children's games, board games, books and vinyl at your disposal. Wifi and small desk for those who wish to be able to work. Guest access Access to the entire house. The bedrooms are all upstairs by the stairs. Other things to note Accessible by car in 3 minutes: all shops and restaurants, local producers' food market on Friday.
