Eirini's House, centrally located in Parikia

Welcome to our Grandmother's Eirini's home in the heart of the old town of Parikia a traditional cycladic settlement, the port and capital of the island. It is situated in a very quiet street, although next to the busiest spots in town. A two bedroom appartment on the first floor of an early 1900s traditional building, renovated fully in 2023 and ready for you to enjoy your stay and venture out at any time of the day and evening, finding wonderful spots for sightseeing, food, drink or shopping. The space The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and closet space. A spacious living room with a sofa, that can be used as an extra bed, and a big dinning table either for gatherings or as a work station. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with WC, shower and laundry space. The staircase landing can be used as an outside sitting area and the two little balconies have nice views of the cobble streets below. Guest access The house is on the first floor accesible by stairs (16 steps). The closest road with car access is 70m away during daytime and free all-day parking is about 300m away.
