Le Marival (Aisne) is a pretty house, surrounded by nature, ideal for a family or friends, and it can accommodate up to 6 people The house has a beautiful south-facing garden, in the middle of nature, overlooking a wood. Place to recharge, work remotely (wifi with good speed, fiber), walk in the forest or visit the local heritage (places of memory 14-18 and 39-45, Cité internationale de la langue française, forest of Compiègne, de Retz...) The space In Aisne (02), 10 minutes from Pierrefonds, the house is fully equipped. Well located to enjoy nature and the tourist attractions of the Hauts-de-France region. -Please note that there is a village with the same name in Oise (60); our house is located in Aisne- 100% cotton linens and towels are provided for the number of guests, as well as bath mats and kitchen towels. HOUSE LAYOUT On the ground floor: - a large living room: bright living and dining room with garden view, open equipped kitchen, - a bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and washing machine. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms + a shower room with toilet + sink: - a master bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), - a 2nd large bedroom for 2 or 3 people with a day bed with trundle (= 2 80x200 beds pushed together) + a single bed, - a 3rd small bedroom with a single adult bed - a bathroom with sink and toilet A folding crib is available for a baby, as well as a booster seat. (+ High chair and stair gate upon request) To make your stay easier, you will find a few coffee capsules, tea, herbal tea, as well as shower gel and toilet paper available upon arrival. Private garden in front of the house up to the white fences. NEW for spring 2026: a hammock for lounging, lulled by the sounds of birdsong. Beautiful view of the park and the woods (the woods are not accessible). Parking in the parking lot, right next to the accommodation (2 to 3 cars maximum). No semi-detached occupancy. No parties, day or night, in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Owners nearby: Our house is located at the end of the cul-de-sac on the same property. 1 hour from Paris, Reims, and Euro Disney; 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport and Parc Astérix; 20 minutes from Soisson, Compiègne, and the Armistice Wagon in Rethondes; 10 minutes from Pierrefonds; at the gates of the forests of Compiègne and Villers-Cotterêts (international city of the French language). In order to accommodate you in the best possible way, we do not currently offer Instant Book. Please feel free to send us a short message, and we will respond promptly. Guest access To make yourself at home, you will have access to the entire accommodation, this one is independent; and the private garden up to the white gates in front of the house and parking. No access to the wood at the end of the park. Self check-in and/or late check-in is quite possible (key box) Owners near: Our house is located at the end of the cul-de-sac. The garden is partly open, beyond the gates we ask you not to go to the left of the park so that everyone's privacy is respected. Other things to note Be careful if you only enter "Mortefontaine" in the GPS, as there is a village with the same name in the Oise. Be sure to specify Mortefontaine 02600. You have to climb 3 exterior steps (small porch) to access the house.
