Tait's Landing Cottage Rental on Lake Manitouwabing offers a retreat to unwind, reconnect with nature. Four seasons newly renovated cottage is the perfect get away to make lasting memories. Internet, smart TV, central AC, full size fridge and onsite washer and dryer. This two-bedroom, full-bathroom cottage on the water offers a haven in the heart of Parry Sound's scenic wonders. Two kayaks, canoes, double kayak and two SUP boards, bedsheets, towels included. Located on a public marine. The space Bedroom 1 includes a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 include a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top The living room includes a queen size pull out sofa. All bedsheet, pillows, comforters, and bath towels are provided by the host. Central AC and furnace to accommodate any temperature. Onsite full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. Guests have access to a shared dock and boat slip. There is a boat launch onsite if needed. The living room, dining table and deck all face out to stunning Lake Manitouwabing. We offer a full size deck with plenty of seating space. Relax on one of the 6 Muskoka chairs and foot rests. Or, enjoy a family dinner on the deck seated at the large 6 seater table looking out to the lake. A propane BBQ is provided with a full tank of propane. We have a drilled well with an advanced filtration system making our water safe for drinking, bathing and cooking with. * Please note we do not provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, toiletries or toilet paper. Guests are required to bring their own toilet paper and toiletries including shampoo and hand soap. We do provide laundry detergent and household cleaning supplies. * The rental cottage is located on a public marina where marina customers have access to the docks located in front of the rental unit. The rental unit has its own parking spot in a parking lot shared by marina customers. The water crafts that come with the rental unit are located on a shared dock that has marina boats on it which can be accessed by marina customers. Marina customers may walk in front of the rental cottage but not on the steps leading to the cottage or the deck. The deck is designated for the rental cottage only. Guest access Guests are welcome to full use of the entire house, a dock and backyard area. Guests will have access to a boat slip. The rental cottage is located on a public marina where marina customers may access the shared docks with the rental cottage customers, including the parking lot and front of the rental cottage. Other things to note The cottage comes ready to enjoy with all bedsheets, pillow, comforters and bath towels provided to you by your host. The cottage is located on a public marina where marina customer have access to the docks located in front of the rental cottage. Marina customers may walk in front of the rental cottage ( not on the deck or steps leading to the rental) to access the docks and boats located in front of the rental unit. The rental cottage has its own parking spot located in a shared parking lot with other marina customers. There is a full size washer and dryer on site with Tide laundry detergent and bounce dryer sheets provided for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. Please note we do not provide any condiments including salt/pepper, cooking oil, hand soap, bath soaps, toilet paper or white paper towel. We have recycled brown paper towel for use during cleaning. Customers are required to provide their own bath soaps, hand soaps, and toilet paper/paper towels. There is a fire pit onsite for use. Guests are required to provide their own firewood (can be purchased from a nearby store). As well, we provide two full size SUP boards, two kayaks, one double kayak and one child size SUP. All included with your cottage reservation. When using smart phone maps or in car GPS systems please type in the address as Tait's Landing Marina instead of the number address. For some unknown reason when entering the numbered address of 472 Hurdville Rd into the gps systems, the maps are directing guests to a different cottage.
