The space This exclusive and newly remodeled space combines modernity, beauty, serenity, and comfort, located in a private condominium. The property features 2 bedrooms, both equipped with a closet, HD TV, private bathroom, hammock hooks, mini-split air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a single sofa bed, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and an individual sofa bed, this accommodates up to 6 guests. Additionally we have hammocks to host up to 8 people if needed. The TVs are set up with streaming services such as Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, and Vix Premium, so you can enjoy your favorite content during your stay. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. Relax in the living room or enjoy the wonderful weather and tranquility of the natural surroundings in the common areas. Take advantage of the grill for an outdoor meal, savor a refreshing drink on the outdoor terrace, or unwind by the pool. Although the property is serviced for pest control, guests may occasionally see or hear insects such as mosquitoes or other bugs, as well as small native animals (including opossums) in or around the property.
