Rent a set consisting of 350 m2 for 24 people, consisting of: - 200 m2 house, with beds for 8 people - and a set of 2 adjoining cottages of 150 m2 for 16 people (babies in a travel cot are not counted) List of bathrooms, bathtub, shower, water points and toilet - 1 bathroom with shower (G1/G2) - 1 bathroom with shower + toilet (G3) - 1 bathroom with bathtub (M2) - 2 bathrooms with bath + toilet (G1/G2) - 2 water points with toilet (M1/M2) - 1 independent shower (M2) The space Here are the details of the rooms: In gîte 1: - Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds - Bedroom 2 : 3 single beds - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed of 140 cm - If necessary, living room: 1 additional single bed. In gîte 2: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 140 cm - Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed of 130 cm + 1 single bed - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds. In our main house: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 180 cm - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed of 160 cm - Bedroom 3: 1 single bed + possibility of adding 1 single bed (trundle bed) - Bedroom 4: 1 single bed -If necessary, living room: 1 double sofa bed 24 real beds - beyond that is possible up to 28, using the click-clack of the living room of the house and adding 2 grounded mattresses for children or young teenagers ONLY Allow an additional charge of €8 per person beyond 24 people per night (not exceeding €30 per person for the entire stay). Regarding the pool, it will be open in spring, the start date necessarily depends on the weather... and depending on the years , sometimes it's mid-May, sometimes you have to wait until mid-June. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, except: - the pool technical room - the gite storage room (accessible from the garage) - the boiler room - the barn Other things to note The estate is intended for the organization of family reunions, cousins' gatherings and meals shared outdoors, between 24 and 28 people maximum (if children are present).
