The home also offers convenient parking in the luxury 2-car garage and within one or two minutes to Hwy 51 and I-55, making it a perfect base for exploring the vibrant city of Southaven and its surrounding areas. The space As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful furnishings and modern amenities throughout. The spacious living area provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment, featuring plush seating and a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living area to the fully equipped kitchen, where you can whip up delicious meals or gather around the dining table to savor local flavors. Additionally, the property offers amenities such as a two-car garage for parking, high-speed internet, and Smart TVs, ensuring you stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. The three cozy bedrooms offer a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, cozy linens, and ample storage space. The three (3) well-appointed bathrooms ensure privacy and convenience for everyone, complete with modern fixtures and fresh white towels. Guest access You will have full access to the entire home. We have one locked supply closet upstairs. Other than that, make yourself at home! Other things to note ✅Near the dining area, you'll find a double patio door that opens out onto the private deck in the backyard. It is equipped with a grill and patio table where you can unwind and soak up the Mississippi sunshine. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the deck or fire up the gas grill for a delightful cookout with loved ones. VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. ✅3rd party bookings are not allowed without prior approval.
