Kerpesk is a nice little granite house, quiet, in the heart of a green setting of 1 ha, on the edge of a pond. You will enjoy a private deck overlooking the pond, and the garden. If you like, you can fish. The house is 30 m2, and the mezzanine 6 m2. Please note that the mezzanine is low with a maximum of 1.90 with a cross beam. Quiet and green, 30 minutes from the center of Vannes and 40 minutes from the beaches. We live there.
