We're an inclusive venue & we welcome all well-behaved large groups. We've hosted special occasions, including 40th, 50th, 60th, 70th & 80th birthdays! Plus multiple Hen & Stag Groups. We have a Film Projector, Playstation, Mini Pub & Pool Table. You can bring in Professional Entertainment, such as Cocktail-Making or Pamper Parties. We sleep up to eighteen guests + infants, across seven - eight bedrooms. Our dining table seats twelve, with the Pool Table converting to seat extra diners. The space Logan Lodge is a four bedroom luxury townhouse, with it's own private patio area. Plus two additional ensuite double rooms, located opposite, in our other courtyard, which is shared with our separate GREY Cottage. Ground floor: * Entrance hall with Mini Pub. * Bathroom with roll-top bath, walk-in shower & toilet. * Banquet Hall with Pool Table & Banquet Table to seat up to 18 across both. * Kitchen with access to private shingled patio & courtyard area. OUTSIDE, also included in your booking: * Two double bed ensuite courtyard rooms (PINK & PURPLE) to sleep up to 2 guests in each, located in our shingled courtyard. * Roof Terrace Cottage (GREEN / GREY) with double bedroom upstairs, double sofa-bed & camp-bed in lounge, plus kitchen & shower - room. Nearby: * St George's Park * Beach & Arcades * Pleasure Beach & Joyland * World Famous Hippodrome * Sea - Life Centre & Crazy Golf * Regent Road Tourist Shopping Area Other things to note We welcome well behaved parties at The Villa at Logan Lodge, however, the number of guests onsite is limited to the number of adults actually booked to stay. We use external cameras, with an internal sound & crowd monitoring device, to ensure fire safety capacity is not exceeded, & to prevent large scale unauthorised gatherings. We also require a £300 refundable damage deposit for all bookings, plus for the lead booker to verify their identity and sign our rental agreement. Up to 2 pets welcome at £25 per pet per stay.
