Room in single-family home in the middle of the city

Charming single-family home from 1860! Here you have to bear to share the bathroom/kitchen with me! I like to have it clean and tidy, there are available base items like spices and oil in the kitchen, otherwise you will have to bring your own food. I provide bed linen, towels, hand soap, cleaning supplies and washing machine. Does not have a dishwasher, so cups must be washed by hand. Walking distance to all city amenities! Note, ceiling height 185-200 cm. May be open for longer stays, ask me about it. 😊 The space The house is over 2 floors, I use the entire 2nd floor myself. On the first floor there is a bathroom, entrance, kitchen and bedroom that guests can use. The living room is located on the first floor, and can be used by guests by prior arrangement. Guest access Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and entrance hall. During your stay I live in the house myself, if I am not at home, I can easily be reached by phone. Other things to note Please note that there is no dishwasher, so cups must be washed by hand. If you sleep easy I recommend earplugs as the bedroom is facing the street. The house is old and I have observed scrolls, they are not dangerous and are probably pretty much everywhere. Lastly, I would like to mention that I have a boyfriend who has a dog, they occasionally live with me, even when I have guests. The dog is calm and so is the man. 😅
