Room in a detached house in the middle of the city!

Charming detached house from 1860! Here you have to tolerate sharing bathroom/kitchen with me! I like to keep it clean and tidy, there are basic goods available such as spices and oil in the kitchen, otherwise you have to bring your own food. I provide bed linen, towels, hand soap, cleaning supplies and washing machine. There is no dishwasher, so cups must be washed by hand. Walking distance to all city amenities! Note, ceiling height 185-200 cm. May be open for longer stays, ask me about it. 😊 The space The house is on 2 floors, I use the entire 2nd floor myself. On the first floor there is a bathroom, entrance, kitchen and bedroom guests can use. The living room is located on the ground floor and can be used by guests by appointment. Guest access Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and entrance. During your stay I live in the house myself, if I am not at home, I can easily be reached by phone. Other things to note Please note that there is no dishwasher, so cups must be washed by hand. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend earplugs, as the bedroom faces the street. The house is old and I have observed wood trolls, they are not dangerous, and are probably found pretty much everywhere. Finally, I would like to mention that I have a boyfriend who has a dog, they sometimes stay with me, even when I have guests. The dog is calm, and so is the man. 😅
