We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. The property is an end terrace house, Staying here allows you access to the private yard with outdoor furniture in a sun trap area. Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too! As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The fitted kitchen has a table with 3 chairs, a fridge, hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax - and offers a television and internet access. THE INTERNET PASSWORD IS FishandChips2349! The lounge is spacious with a sofa and a sofa bed, coffee table and TV. There are 2 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 4 adults. Also there is a small single trundle bed suitable for a child. Including the sofa bed in the living room the property can sleep 6 people. First Floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 Superking 1 double, and one single trundle bed. Separate bathroom - shower over bath. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included. HEATING: The property has a Radiator in each room and is heated via the boiler in the bathroom. The heating is automatic and will come on and off at certain times of the day. HOUSE RULES: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed indoors - ashtrays are provided in the yard. - Pets are very welcome at the property. TRANSPORT & AMENITIES The property is situated in the village of New Hartley, there are bus stops nearby. The house is 2.3 miles from the beautiful village of Seaton Sluice with the most amazing Fish and Chip Restaurant, 4 pubs, a wonderful unspoiled beach and sand dunes. The club at Seaton Sluice has entertainment also. Seaton Delaval Hall (National Trust) is just 1.3 miles or a 26 minute walk. Seaton Delaval is 2 miles - there are 2 supermarkets, and several takeaways etc. Cramlington is 4 miles with a large shopping centre. The New Hartley Residents Club is next door to the property but far enough away so as not to disturb. The club has an outdoor area and hosts local bands on Saturday nights. Just a 15 minute walk up the road is the Secret Garden - which has a lovely coffee shop, beer garden with street food and drinks. WELCOME TO BRISTOL STREET We hope you enjoy your stay! The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your stay one of a kind. NEW HARTLEY and the SURROUNDING AREAS Within walking distance...... At New Hartley Residents Club right next door, but far enough away so as not to disturb. A welcoming club with a main bar, lounge and a bookable function room. There are occasional band nights. Round the back of the club is this wonderful grassed area with a childrens park. Where to EAT/DRINK Across the green (or a very short drive around the corner towards the coast) is this run of shops which includes the Post Office and Coffee Shop - Jack and The Bean Stark which I recommend for both coffee and food. This friendly coffee shop, right in the heart of New Hartley, specialises in bakery, sandwiches, home cooked food, Sunday lunches, cheese boards, and fantastic coffees. Within the coffee shop is the village Post Office. SECRET GARDEN a place to eat and drink, with indoor and outdoor seating Next door to the SECRET GARDEN is family run CAFFE MUKA PIZZERIA & BAR we recommend this place for food, especially Sunday Lunch. CAFE MUKA also has a takeaway service - the pizzas are amazing - best if you pop in to collect. MENU is available online. SEATON DELAVAL HALL Seaton Delaval Hall (National Trust) is just 1.3 miles or a 30 minute walk. SEATON SLUICE The house is 2.3 miles from the beautiful village of Seaton Sluice with the most amazing Fish and Chip - THE HARBOUR VIEW takeaway & restaurant, 4 pubs, a wonderful unspoiled beach and sand dunes. The club at Seaton Sluice has entertainment also. SEATON DELAVAL Seaton Delaval is 2 miles - there are 2 supermarkets, and several takeaways etc. Cramlington is 4 miles with a large shopping centre. Around the area there is a network of footpaths including the Blyth and Monkseaton Wagonways. X7 BUS ROUTE NORTHUMBERLAND LINE TRAINS - SEATON DELAVAL STATION is about 1 mile away. There is a huge car park. The train into Newcastle Central Station takes approx 40 minutes. £4 return. Seaton Delaval to Ashington takes 30 minutes. £3.20 return
