On about 50 m² you will find a cozy living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with double bed and a small bedroom with a single couch. To protect your car from extreme weather and heat, a parking space is available in the existing double carport directly on the property. The vacation bungalow is perfectly furnished for a relaxing vacation. In the living room you will find a teak dining table for two people and a cozy designer couch by "Bretz"; a stereo receiver with high-end speakers and Bluetooth connection ensures high-quality sound. Relax in front of the 55-inch smart TV with streaming and satellite reception in HD quality. A Playstation 4 with several games is also available for "young and old". A cozy Persian carpet and a sliding door to the open terrace area give the room a very special atmosphere. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, large wardrobes and a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. The smaller second bedroom offers a couch that can be used as a sofa bed, as well as a desk. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for your culinary preferences; from a stove and a microwave to a "Nespresso coffee machine", a toaster, a blender and a dishwasher. Of course, cooking pots, dishes, cutlery and all other utensils usually required for cooking in a kitchen are also available. In the bathroom you will find a shower, toilet, sink with large mirror and a decent hairdryer. The private seating terrace is directly accessible from the living room and has a teak dining table, 4 comfortable and light armchairs and a spacious awning. From there you can reach the immediately adjacent private lark wood sun terrace, where you can enjoy the sun or the shade created by a separate awning on extremely high-quality sun loungers and have a magnificent view over the lake. An air conditioning unit in the kitchen ensures pleasant temperatures, which also cools the entire house if necessary. A ceiling fan is also available in the living room.
