Our townhouse is less than a 30-minute drive from the Eiffel Tower, 10 minutes from Versailles and close to the Chevreuse Valley, a 15-minute walk from SQY train station (Saint-Quentin-en Yvelines) with access to the Transilien N, U and RER C. It has a small garden and 2 floors. The space On the ground floor: a kitchen open to the living room and a toilet. On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1x bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 x children's bedrooms with 1 single bed), 1x office and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a toilet. On the 2nd floor: attic with a sleeping area (double sofa bed), a play area for children and a shower room and toilet. Lots of board games, children's toys and children's books available. There is no TV in the house. Free parking spaces are available on our street and in the neighborhood. Playground nearby, 2-minute walk. Nearby tourist sites: Paris, Versailles, Golf National de St Quentin en Yvelines, SQY velodrome, Vallée de Chevreuse nature park, St Quentin en Yvelines leisure center (educational farm, golf, minigolf, tree climbing, nautical center), Thoiry safari zoo, France Miniature, etc. Guest access Access to every room in the house.
