Three Rooms at Heart Farm

A peaceful getaway spot to launch your adventures from. Country roads lead you to comfortable rooms in a bucolic setting. 20 Acre Horse farm, convenient to Equine Events and Historic towns. A unique European Barn, Rolling hills and lush vistas encompass the property. Equidistant between History, Va Wine and the great outdoors, we are in between Middleburg, VA and Purcellville, VA in the Historic Hamlet of Lincoln. We are a stone's throw from Harpers Ferry, Leesburg and Washington DC. The space 3 rooms with shared bath facilities allow you and your crew (up to 7 people*) to visit the area’s many offerings together. Whether you're visiting the local craft breweries and wineries, hiking, biking or connecting with old friends, this can be your HQ. Loft Room: Our loft room is more spacious with seating for two, and a balcony with bistro table and lush calming views which offer peace and serenity. A loft within the room is a novel nook to hide, read a book, or escape after the day's events. It can support up to two nested blissfully in the bed, while handcrafted ladder rungs lead to the loft within the room which can sleep one adventurous person. This cozy room invites you to snuggle into bed, hit the snooze just one more time and leave the rest of the world on the other side of the door. Yellow Room: Our yellow room offers comfort with a touch of whimsy. The perfect place to land after traveling or enjoying the many offerings of the area. The room is loaded with positive energy and is tastefully decorated with yellow and gold that just invites you to smile, enjoy and thrive. Waking up in this room sets the tone for your awesome day ahead. Yoga Room: Adorned with a salt lamp and yoga/homeopathic healing based reading library this is our coziest room. Small, yet comfy with a full sized murphy bed at its center, this room is decorated with healing vibes of yoga and breathwork. Step out onto the balcony to take in the soothing views of the rolling greenery of our own personal ‘park’. Wake up here feeling grounded and bathed in positivity. The Yoga room is only offered as part of our Three Room listing to allow you and your entire crew to enjoy the local area’s s many offerings. These rooms share a bathroom with your fellow travelers, friends or family. Guest access You are welcome to share our kitchen, dining area(s), main living room and all outdoor spaces (i.e. decks, scenic viewing areas, etc) During your stay Your hosts (Becky and Dave) will be available in the evenings to share stories and ensure that you have the information you need to assure a pleasant stay. Other things to note A note about pets: If you are visiting with your pet, please take your precious best friend with you while exploring the area. We are not equipped to care for them in your absence. Being plain, your pet needs to go with you when you are not in your room.
