Welcome to our cozy private room! The room is equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed, mattress and fluffy pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. There is a desk where you can work or study and a mini fridge. The room comes with a shared bathroom. The house is located in a safe neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants, and shops within 3-5 minutes driving distance. Note: A Queen size air mattress will be provided if there are more than 2 guests! The space To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules: 1. Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening and early morning hours. As this is a shared space with other guests, we ask that you be mindful of noise levels to maintain a peaceful environment for all. 2. No Loud Music or Parties: The house is not suitable for loud music or parties, as it is a shared living space. Please respect the other guests' need for peace and quiet during your stay. 3. No Laundry Use: For the comfort and convenience of all guests, the laundry machine is not available for use during your stay. We appreciate your understanding. 4. No Smoking or Vaping Inside: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. 5. Lock the Main Door: For the safety and security of all guests, please make sure to lock the main door whenever you enter or leave the house. 6. Clean the Kitchen After Use: If you use any plates, glasses, or cookware, please be sure to clean them and put them away after use. This helps keep the kitchen tidy and ready for the next guest.
