This unique studio apartment is ready for your next adventure located just 14 miles east of Beaufort. Whether that be paddle-boarding across the way to a white sand beach, kayak ride, or settling down with a good book on the dock. Access to the beach is available at Atlantic Beach (25 min drive) or Radio Island (15 min drive) . Ferry service to Cape Lookout via Harkers Island (10 min drive), Shackleford Banks via Beaufort (20 min drive), and day trips to Ocracoke via Cedar Island (35 min drive). The space This is a studio apartment, meaning the bedroom, living room, and kitchen are all located in one room. The main bed is queen sized, and a full sized futon is available. We also have a queen size air mattress available upon request. Our kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal during your stay. We have a small convection oven and microwave as well as a mini refrigerator. We have provided a Keurig and K cups for your convenience. Be sure to let us know if you will be bringing a pet. We do charge a $50 nonrefundable pet fee. The living room has a television equipped with Roku. All of your streaming apps are pre-loaded and available for you to log in. Our bathroom comes stocked with towels, washcloths and hand towels. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer are provided. Enjoy the weather outside around our lovely fire pit, relaxing on the dock, or enjoy one of the many games or books within the apartment. The dock is available for guests but not recommended for swimming. Guest access Keyless entry so you can come and go as you please. Free parking in the driveway. Besides the apartment and private entrance to that space, the entire property is a shared space with owners. Other things to note Please note that there are a few weeks in the fall where the tides will come into the yard and over the road entering to get to the house.
