Directly on the Weeki Wachee River and next to the famous Hospital Hole. You can walk out the back door to swim or kayak. Start your morning out by sitting out in the oversized screened in porch with your coffee watching the manatees swim by. You'll see wildlife all around you and if you're lucky you'll see dolphins. We have 2 docks to house your boat. Head upriver or out to the gulf. Drop your boat in at Rogers Park which is around the corn from the house. Explore all Weeki Wachee has to offer. The space This is a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor with 2 of them overlooking the river. French doors go out to an oversized screened in porch which has a table that sits 6 and multiple sitting areas. 2 docks one with a swinging bench. Outside the front door is another room which gives you access to a washer and dryer. A gas grill is on the property. 8 kayaks are on the property for your group to use. Guest access You'll have full access to this property when you rent it. Other things to note Prime location to see manatees at Hospital Hole since it's only 3 houses away! Close to Rogers Park and boat ramp along with Upper Deck. As always with no lifeguard on duty you will be swimming, kayaking, and boating at your own risk.
