The space This charming 3-bedroom, 1½-bath riverfront home is designed for relaxing and enjoying everything Weeki Wachee has to offer. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, with two overlooking the beautiful river. French doors open to an oversized screened-in porch featuring a dining table for six and multiple comfortable seating areas—the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, share a meal, or simply unwind while taking in the river views. Outside, you'll find two private docks, including one with a relaxing swinging bench. Your group will also have 8 kayaks available to explore the river right from the property, plus a gas grill for outdoor cooking. A separate room just outside the front door provides convenient access to a washer and dryer, giving you everything you need for a comfortable and memorable river getaway. Guest access During your stay, you'll enjoy full and private access to the entire property, allowing you to relax, explore, and make yourself completely at home. Other things to note You’ll be in a prime location for spotting manatees, with the famous Hospital Hole just three houses away! You’re also conveniently located near Rogers Park and its boat ramp, as well as Upper Deck, making it easy to enjoy everything the Weeki Wachee River area has to offer.
