The beach is walking distance from the apartment with a special key to enter and exit the beach. The apartment is on the second floor right in front of the lazy river. Perfect view from balcony. The space Entrance is guarded by security guards. There is 24/7 security on site. This place is very close to the Outlet Mall, Walmart, Grocery stores, restaurants and close to El Yunque, Los kiosko of Luquillo, and Pinones (A strip along the coast with many souvenir shops, places to eat and listen to music). Guest access The inside of this apartment has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a remolded well equipped kitchen, a dinning area, a living room with a smart tv, a open balcony with a perfect view of the lazy river. The apartment is fully furnished and has wifi throughout. Another thing to note each bedroom is equipped with its own a/c unit and the living room has its own unit as well. Other things to note Please Note: The cleaning fee includes the fees being charged by the Condominium Complex to use the amenities. There is a fee charged for each wrist band so I decided to include it in the cleaning fee. Washer/Dryer will be available for guests staying 4 days or more. Detergent and fabric softer will not be supplied.
