The space Our home has been lovingly upgraded and features Sub Zero appliances, whole house Air Conditioning, new cabinetry, lighting and more. Two equal size bedrooms are well laid out and have comfortable King size beds, with linen sheets, and spa bathrooms with rain showers & luxurious toiletries. Extra large TV & fireplace in the open concept living room, with panoramic windows that show the beauty of the mountains. Queen sleeper sofa allows for a total of 6 guests. Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials, coffee & tea are provided as is bottled spring water. We also have a whole house water filtration system. Wifi is provided by Starlink, and a Tesla charger is on-site. Covered carport and parking for up to 50 vehicles. We just built a brand new horseshoe pit to extend the fun outdoors. 3 minutes to El Matador Beach 6 minutes to world class Trancas Market (Grocery) 11 minutes to Zuma Beach & Point Dume Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, it is not a shared space. There is a washer/dryer and a dedicated office space. Security cameras are on the exterior of the property only. Mountain and trail hiking is available at Charmlee Park just 1 minute up the road from us. The Santa Monica mountains, which we are a part of, feature spectacular wildlife. Please keep this in mind as you hike, and keep an eye on small children and pets. Please do not throw parties at our home. We will consider events and weddings on a case by case basis, and may require proof of insurance, a security deposit and minimum stay depending on the use requested. We have another property across the street with a vintage airstream & 10 acres of land for photo shoots, productions & additional parking.
