The space Located in the tranquil west end of Panama City Beach, Granny's House is a dreamy brick 3BR/2.5BA home just steps from the Gulf. Granny's kitchen has all the essentials needed to make your favorite meals. Whip up a homemade meal in the well-stocked kitchen. Or discover an array of restaurants within easy driving distance. LIVING AREA The light-filled living room is the social heart of the home. Coastal accents add a touch of style, and a smart TV sets the scene for cinematic movie nights. The plush furniture set includes a sleeper sofa. A bonus seating area overlooking the pool is a great gathering place after a meal or to take a break from the Florida heat while still enjoying the lake views. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Make yourself at home in the tranquil master bedroom, furnished with a stately king bed. The en-suite bathroom features a bright double vanity and a walk-in shower. A queen bed can be found in the second bedroom. The kids will love the third bedroom, detailed with two bunk beds overlooking the lake and Gulf. The guest bathroom upstairs is configured with a tub/shower combination. There is a half bath downstairs in the main hall for the convenience of all guests. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Relax and enjoy the breeze on your private patio, a comfy lounge area. An outdoor shower in the fenced backyard is handy for rinsing off after sun-soaked beach days. In the winter months, you can choose to have the pool heated to 90 degrees for a $25 turn on fee and a rate of $20/day. There is NO HOT TUB only a poolside seating area, there are NOT jets on the sitting area. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, books and games, and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs and toys are provided. Feel free to fish in the pond behind the house. Lots of fun Bass to catch. Parking is available in the driveway. THE LOCATION Granny's House is just a 5-minute walk from the emerald Gulf waters and white sand! Pier Park mall (5.4 miles) is a favorite shopping destination, and popular local eateries are minutes away. Encounter nature up close at Gulf World (5.2 miles), an aquatic center home to sharks, sea lions, and dolphins.
