You can access the best option to shop in the most complete supermarket in the Colonial Zone (El Nacional) just 50 meters away, as well as having access to all the museums, bars, restaurants, in short, everything in one place. When you arrive at your home you will feel safe since the building is only accessed by electronic key for your safety and yours, we also have cameras in the common areas. The apartment where you will stay is on a second level, the stairs are quite comfortable to climb. Your stay will feature cable TV, free WiFi (in the Common Areas), cooking gas, hot water, air conditioning, safe. Air conditioning hours are from 7 pm - 7 am. Upon arrival, you will be asked for an ID to make a photocopy. Other things to note The air conditioning is only available from 7pm to 7am We are on a 24-hour electricity circuit, but we have had situations in which the company cuts off the electricity to provide maintenance or to repair a breakdown. We do not have inverters or a power plant. Internet is free for the common areas of the entire building where the apartment is located.
