Shared pool, private fenced backyard with fire pit, and on-site disc golf. Access to Jacob's Well, Blue Hole, and downtown Wimberley. Built for multi-family reunions and groups who want character, space, and Hill Country access. Welcome to our home! To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules: Guest Age: The primary renter in any group must be 25 years or older. Respectful Guests: We kindly request that all guests be respectful of our neighbors and help maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Quiet Time: Please enjoy yourselves, but remember to keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 PM. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, on the balcony, or anywhere on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free. Guest Courtesy: Consider yourself a welcome guest in our home. We trust you'll treat the space with care and respect. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Pet Policy: While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weigh no more than 65 lbs. Our pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed on the property. If you add one pet to your reservation, the system will only apply the fee for a single pet. If you plan to bring a second pet, the additional $75 fee will need to be settled separately. Please reach out to us directly so we can document the second pet on your reservation and assist with the payment process. Restricted Breeds: Pit Bulls Staffordshire Bull Terrier Terriers (Terrier breeds require pre-approval. Please contact us to discuss your specific terrier.) To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, all dogs are subject to approval. Management reserves the right to adjust breed restrictions at any time. Please reach out before booking to confirm if your pet can be accommodated. Events: Depending on the nature and scale of the event, day events may be considered. Please contact us in advance to discuss the details and obtain approval. Fees may apply. Peak Season: Summer is peak season. During this time, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Country Setting Notice: Our property is located in a country setting, where it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as ants, beetles, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have regular professional pest control and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural surroundings. We appreciate your understanding. Towels: Bath towels are provided, but pool towels are not. Please bring your own if needed. Outdoor Fire Safety: For the safety of our guests, neighboring properties, and the surrounding Hill Country environment, any form of outdoor burning or open flames is strictly prohibited on the property at all times. This includes campfires, fire pits, charcoal fires, wood burning, and any other type of outdoor flame. Due to local wildfire risks and safety regulations, guests are not permitted to start or maintain fires anywhere on the property, including yards, patios, or surrounding outdoor areas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the property and community safe. This vacation rental includes the Casablanca Farmhouse and access to the shared swimming pool (shared with the adjacent house, Casa Establo). Please note that the pavilion is reserved exclusively for Casa Establo. While there are other homes and amenities on the property, they are not part of your stay and will not be accessible.
