Your four legged friends are going to love it here, ours surely does! This a a 3 bedroom listing in our 5 bedroom farm stay, The Retreat by Walias. You'd get 3 private bedrooms, a cot, TV, Fridge, Kitchen, WIFI, Garden table and chair inside the cottage to make you feel comfortable. You can prepare your own meals or request the caretaker for dhaba food at a reasonable price which deliver to farm main gate. For your safety, the property is under CCTV surveillance at all times. Pet-friendly farm Stay with Swimming pool, Tennis court, Basketball, Volleyball, mini Football, Mini ping-pong table, vegetation, garden and comfortable rooms. In proximity to Aravali Hills and Damdama lake for trying out various adventure activities like bike-rides, hiking, kayaking, para-sailing etc. Please note that the farm is in a rural area, there can be power cut. We've power back through inverter. Voltage fluctuation is expected anyday, usually on Saturdays. When power is there, AC might work or might not depending upon the voltage. Spacious, roomy rooms, with balcony, lawn and swimming pool views. Please carry a mosquito repellant gel/cream with you as its a green tropical farm stay :) Guest access Private (within property) garden, private sports (tennis, football, volleyball). Well lit farm for night parties/sports as well. Please do bring your own equipment/s/consumables. Rooms and bathrooms are private. All other areas are shared. Consumables of any kind are NOT provided. Other things to note there are many multi cuisine restaurants which deliver to our farm stay; alternatively, our caretaker can provide for food (and fresh buffalo milk) on your prior planned request, please pay us for the same, preferably through Airbnb. Any payment made directly to caretaker would be in nature of tip and not for services. Please be mindful of others while in common areas of the property. Keep your belongings in your private space (bedrooms) only. No abuse whatsoever of any kind at any time. Vomit stains, if any, have to be immediately cleaned up by guests. You've to clean up after your pet's dropping immediately. Vomit/Pet droppings if found would attract one day apartment fare over and above house rule violation fine Fine of Rs. 10000 on violation of any house rule, for each instance. There is a possibility of mosquitoes and house lizards, as we're in a tropical setting. it's always recommended to carry a mosquito repellent along.
