Nice and cozy house inside Amanali Country Club & Nautica. It has all the amenities to spend an incredible vacation next to your loved ones. The best part of the house is the terrace, which has a living and dining room, two Argentine barbecues and a Jacuzzi; where you can enjoy all day and see the best sunsets. The space You can use the whole house, only the service room that serves as a warehouse remains closed. Guest access In addition to the house, there are many green areas and parks within the subdivision that you can use with your family as long as the community regulations are complied with. At the club, you can play golf by paying the green fee and/or use the club and nautical facilities (extra cost per day). Amanali security requests the information and identification of each guest to grant access to the subdivision. Other things to note It is MANDATORY to have a reliable cleaning lady daily, which costs $400 per day. If cleaning and cooking are required, there is a daily cost of $500. The jacuzzi has heating. If you want to have it heated, there is an extra cost of $500 per day.
