All spaces are private to this apartment. They're are NO shared SPACES, other than the driveway :) Our place is so peaceful, you'll have no problem relaxing or partying, whichever is your jam! Both indoor and outdoor spaces are tranquil, newly renovated and spacious. You'll love it!! It's good to note that a portion of our road is dirt/clay. The road is graded every other week, and is usually pretty decent. :) The door lock is easy to use once you touch it to light it up in the evening. Touch the center button to illuminate, then enter the code and push enter (the bottom button). There are no shared spaces. This beautiful apartment has a private entry and private yard. The driveway is used by the host and family to access the back half of the property. I prefer to give my guests space while they're here, so we will not intrude by showing up at the door during your stay! :) However, we're always available for calls and texts. Feel free to reach out at any time!! Surrounded by 5 acre home sites. Country living at its best, yet near to downtown Clermont, beautiful Lake Minneola & Waterfront Park, and only 35 minutes from Disney! This neighborhood is home to some of Clemont's biggest hills, making it a popular cyclist area, filled with amazing views. There are bike riders on the hills out here most weekends, so please use extreme caution when driving on the roads nearby! :) Door code will be provided before your arrival. NO PETS ALLOWED. There's a $250 penalty for bringing animals into the apartment.
