'Dovecote' @ Pear Tree Barns Luxury Apartments

We welcome you to stay in 'Dovecote', one of our deluxe, well appointed, self contained apartments built within a beautiful historic agricultural barn believed to date back to the 16th Century. Newly converted in 2023 & purpose designed with a beautiful fitted kitchen & modern bathroom. Situated in the rural village of Rangeworthy, we are also lucky to be next door to a lovely traditional pub. Perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway, visiting family in the area or as a base to work from. The space The property has it's own front door and is on two levels. Lounge and kitchen diner are downstairs and bedroom with en-suite upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, utensils etc and has an induction hob, fan oven & microwave. We also include a selection of essentials including Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Salt & Pepper and Cooking oil. We provide good quality bedding and towels. There is a 40" ROKU TV with Soundbar allowing guests to access their own streaming accounts and auto-logout upon departure. The iron/ironing board is available on request, please message us and we'll bring it to you as soon as possible ( it can be arranged in advance if you let us know). ***We have 3 other apartments available on site to enable larger groups to come together if desired, please check them out via my Airbnb profile or contact us for more details*** Guest access Free Parking for 1 car is available on our large driveway. We have an 'on demand' bus stop within 30 yards of our entrance operated by Westlink, but we would suggest that a car is pretty much essential. Other things to note Situated within easy reach of Bristol & Bath with lots of shops & amenities available in nearby Yate or the lovely old Market Town of Chipping Sodbury.
