The Den at Livingston

The Den at Livingston is a newly renovated modern retreat conveniently located near fishing on the White River, hiking trails, The Ozark Folk Center, and Loco Ropes, as well as folk music on Court Square. The space Perfect for a family or two couples, The Den boasts a bright and airy open concept kitchen and living area as well a two bedrooms, each with queen bed. There are two full bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a propane grill as well. The cabin is pet friendly, with a $50 pet fee (limit 2 dogs). House rules for dogs apply. The back of the cabin faces the highway and, although it is separated by a grove of trees, some road noise can be heard from outside. Raccoons, deer, mice, snakes, eagles, wild hogs, black bear, skunks, and opossums are common, and may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, bees, flies, and gnats also live nearby. Each property has a regular/quarterly pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this.
