Other things to note This North Ocean City location is near many great bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and beautiful 58 acre North Side Park. The park has a fishing/crabbing pier, walking/jogging/biking path, sports fields, playground, outdoor fitness area, and a rec center with many classes! The iconic OC boardwalk is a short drive or bus ride away. Please be aware: the neighboring unit has a Ring video doorbell, and you will be visible on it when entering. Neither the owner of this property or OC Beach Vacations has any access to the camera. Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use. * At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot. * If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.
