Our home is located on the river side with spectacular sunsets and our backyard is the beach. Tourist area with lots of activities, hiking, vineyard, submarine, Jardin de Métis, Mont-Comi (ski) We are directly on the arts route, so there are many galleries nearby. Walking distance to a craft brewery, canteen. In high season this accommodation is rented for a 7-day period from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. (Property 304573) The space Open-plan apartment, comfortable living room, very friendly kitchen and dining room where life is good. 2 bedrooms, one with sea views and shutters to allow you to hear the sea and fall asleep to the rhythms of the waves (queen bed), the other side of the arts road 2 single beds. The bathroom including laundry is located between the 2 bedrooms. During the summer period a charcoal briquette BBQ is available for everyone. (you must bring your briquettes) Picnic tables and Adirondack chairs are available to our guests. Other things to note Ancestral house divided into 4 units (soundproofing sometimes deficient... it's part of its charm). We accept dogs (not cats or other pets, just dogs), 1 dog per adult is allowed and additional fees are charged, maximum 2 dogs. You must register them when you book. We have a level 2 charging station in the east parking lot, if you use it, you accept the $10 fee per charge, when the charge is complete, please resume your parking to allow other tenants to charge their vehicle.
