Spacious living room and kitchen separate from the large bedroom area. Your own private, peaceful yard area that includes a patio dining set and grill. Located on the garden level of our house with its own entrance. The space The apartment has a key code and a private entrance. The huge bedroom has a king bed, an extra long twin bed, a sitting area (office or living room) a full bathroom with a brand new shower, and washer and dryer. The 2nd huge room has a large living room with a TV, a dining area and a brand new kitchen with a large window with a view of the yard. The kitchen has a full stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, single induction range Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, waffle iron and toaster oven. Please note- the kitchen does not have a full oven (but does have a toaster oven, single induction range, microwave and a Weber grill in the yard). Utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, silverware, coffee, tea, creamer and sugar are provided. The space is VERY spacious for 1-2 people. Please note- the apartment actually sleeps 3 or more people, however all guests would go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. There is 1 extra long twin bed set up. Guest access The large 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen/living room includes private use if the yard. There's a large outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, umbrella and Weber grill.
