This secluded, minimalistic and modern condo is located in the Coligny Beach area on Hilton Head Island in the Shipyard Community sin the heart of the activity with a peaceful, relaxed feel. With beach access only 1 mile away and just 1.5 miles from Coligny Beach, shopping and restaurants, you are in right in the of Hilton Head scene.. Evian 105 features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably. The master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The living space is open to the kitchen and dining area and has new hardwood floors and fresh neutral paint. There is a queen size pullout couch too. The kitchen is equipped for all occasions whether you want to cook and eat in or order out. The teak cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and large island makes this the ideal vacation hangout. There is a Weber gas grill on the first floor patio ready to grill the fresh fish or burgers from the Piggly Wiggly nearby. Evian is a small, quiet condominium community with upscale touches located 1 mile for Coligny park and surrounded by southern oak trees draped with Spanish moss. The beach is a short mile away and there are 3 golf courses in the development. The pickle ball courts, tennis courts and heated pool with lounge chairs and tables are a short walk of our condo. Guest access You'll have full and private access to indulge in our newly renovated spacious Hilton Head Island condo. This sunny second-floor condo boasts cathedral ceilings, large windows, new flooring and paint throughout. Relax in the living room with ample seating, enjoy meals at the island with four stools, and make use of the GE Profile appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table seats up to 8 and doubles as a game table. or dine outside on the deck. The living room features a 60” Samsung Smart TV and plenty of seating for family entertainment. Board games are provided for indoor fun. The bedrooms offer a king bed in the master with a desk, a 46” TV and high-speed internet. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also boasts a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There are 4 bikes, 2 beach backpack chairs and beach towels included. Lock codes for the condo, bicycles, pool and pickleball and tennis courts will be provided in a welcome email after booking. There is ample parking available in front of the villa, with a charge of $25 per vehicle and a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. The initial parking fee is included in the resort charge listed. Guests with more than 1 vehicle need to pay an extra $25 before arrival, as only 1 pass per stay is provided at the security guard entrance. Please contact me for details.
