The house is a terraced house in a quiet area with a shared swimming pool, which is located near the sea and accessed from an internal avenue. It is the only one to be extended on one level, consisting of 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is external. The house is livable both in summer and winter, equipped with air conditioning in every room and independent heating, the fireplace is currently not usable. It is located next to the canal where you can access the "beach of the dolls" by sea. The space The house is ideal for 1 or 2 families with children or for 3 couples of friends who want to enjoy some relaxation. On windy days, it is in fact very convenient to have the condominium pool available. To enjoy some nightlife, we recommend visiting the center of Terracina, Fondi, or Sperlonga. The location of this house is in fact strategic, as it is sufficiently close to all these locations. You can do sports, such as kayaking, kite surfing (there is a school nearby: Kitesurf School Salto di Fondi) and hiking. Not far away, in fact, you can also visit Itri to venture out on walks in the hills! Sperlonga is also known for climbing! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and garden, including the condominium pool during the periods in which it is open (according to the condominium rules) Other things to note The pool is a condominium pool, so we do not decide the opening periods. I recommend contacting me to check when it is open. There is rarely any maintenance work, but it can happen from time to time. A few meters from our house, within walking distance, there is the "le Cinema'" bar that makes excellent croissants for breakfast and offers tasty aperitifs, attached to the gas station. Then there is the restaurant on the lawn called "La Concordia" always near the roundabout behind our house (within walking distance!) with two grocery stores, which also sell items for the sea (inflatable items, costumes, umbrellas and sun loungers) but also items for fishing! and a fish market.
