There are two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, master king size bed with ensuite bathroom with shower. The lower level has a bedroom with queen size bed, studio with full size bed, kitchenette, TV with electric fireplace and bathroom. The space Enjoy the welcoming covered deck as you enter this modern mountain home. The main level has a master suite with king bed, attached bathroom with walk in shower, new half bath with stacked laundry area, newly remodeled kitchen, living room and dining area, smart TV with sound system, and a sunroom perfect for yoga or relaxation with views of the woods. The upstairs has two bedrooms with queen beds in each and a shared bathroom between them. The downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed, studio area with a full-size bed, smart TV, dining area/work station, couch, cozy electric fireplace, full bathroom, washer/dryer, fridge with small freezer, and kitchenette equipped for your cooking needs. There’s also a lovely screen porch with outside dining and a grill. Guests also have access to the amenities of Connestee Falls which include 3 lakes, private hiking trails, Clubhouse with dining options and entertainment, pickle ball, tennis, Bocce ball, playground, and seasonal outdoor pool. There’s a beautiful 18 hole golf course, and brand new Wellness Center for an extra fee. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and amenities of Connestee Falls. Extra fee required for golf and fitness center. Other things to note No unauthorized guests are allowed. The host must have the full name of all drivers. Security won’t allow unauthorized guests. I can only allow two cars in the garage and two cars on the gravel parking pad. All other vehicles must be parked in the parking lot behind the guard shack. Connestee Falls requires guests to fill out a form with their name, DL, license plate prior to arrival. The Host will send this form to you. If the Host does not have your completed form ahead of time, the guard shack will not allow you to enter. Connestee Falls also charges a $183 amenities fee regardless of length of stay which is included in your total price.
