Titoki Grove

Experience up market accommodation at Titoki Grove. The apartment comprises of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (bath, shower & double basin, separate toilet & basin, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and patio with rural views. One of the bedrooms has a zip together bed. It can be made into two single beds if required. Karapiro Domain is only 5kms and Mystery Creek is only 13kms. The nearest airport is Hamilton Airport which is only 14kms from Titoki Grove. The space Three of the bedrooms comprise of queen size beds and one bedroom comprised of two single beds. Three of the bedrooms have access to the outside living and pool area. The accommodation is attached to the main part of the house. We do reside in the house full time. The house was our family home and we have now turned the family part into accommodation. Guest access To access the accommodation you do have to walk around the back of our house (garage) which has a concrete pathway and sensor lights. The parking is signposted. There is plenty of parking for three cars and more if required. Other things to note The pool is available to use on request. It is up to the guests of Titoki Grove to take responsibility when using the pool. There is to be no glass in the pool area and the gates must be kept closed at all times.
