Beautiful Studio

We’re offering our cozy little guest studio to be your home away from home. Located between LA and Orange County, 10 miles from DTLA in the city of Montebello! **We offer EARLY CHECK-IN when possible. Please inquire before booking! -Self Check-in -Check out 10AM -Easy street parking -Basic Wifi, not rec for WFH -Smoke-Free Home (No smoking allowed) -No pets/service animals (we have allergies) ~20 miles from Disneyland ~30 miles from most beaches ~30 miles from Burbank/LAX/LGB Airport The space We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood outside the city of Los Angeles between LA County & Orange County, about 10 miles outside Downtown LA. Please be aware that traffic around Los Angeles County gets very busy during most hours of the day. Please look up our city of Montebello to see how far we are to your points of interests before deciding to stay with us. The guest space is a private, detached studio located behind the main house enough to comfortably fit 2 adults and a small child. You will have your own private guest entrance through the side gate that will lead you to the studio and your own separate patio space. The rest of the backyard will be shared with us. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house with no restrictions except during street cleaning hours 11:30A-4P on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The home is also in a great location just down the street from the freeway far enough from the noise but close enough to access in a couple minutes. We are about 30 miles away from most beaches, Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Burbank/LAX/Long Beach Airport. We understand you have many choices to stay so what sets us apart from hotels and other BnBs is that we can accommodate EARLY CHECK if requested in advance and there are no guests checking out that same morning. Please coordinate with us for early arrival. Gate will be locked until then so please do not just show up early without prior approval. We are travelers too so we understand wanting to get your day going as soon as possible. To stay competitive our nightly rates change and are set by Airbnb based on the current market. PLEASE NOTE: We are a private family home and not a place for parties or to entertain outside guests. We are not a rental company so please keep in mind that we will not have the same resources as a hotel or management company, laundry & housekeeping services are not offered, and we ask for your patience & flexibility if typical household issues come up during your stay. Please let us know of any issues so we can address them right away. If we don’t know we can’t help. We have wifi but don’t advertise for business travel or WFH due to the possibility of a network outtage beyond our control. If you plan to WFH please have your own backup wifi. Also be aware that since we are in a residential neighborhood you may hear our neighbors’ pets any time of the day. Guest access Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property at any time. This is not an event space or a place to entertain outside guests. Other things to note To complete your booking, the full names of all guests accessing the property must be submitted within 24 hours or you reservation will be cancelled. If you are new to Airbnb or have no reviews you will be required to submit a copy of your ID in case of incidentals or damages. Name on ID must match the reservation or it will be cancelled. There are multiple exterior cameras around the home to monitor for extra persons not included on the reservation and other suspicious activity. Any misconduct or violation of the house rules or Airbnb’s guest policy will involve law enforcement and immediate termination without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
