For a ski or hiking stay with family, come and discover our cocooning accommodation, completely renovated at the end of 2020. Fully designed and equipped for your comfort so you feel "at home". The space Our fully equipped studio consists of a cabin area with bunk beds, a small closed bedroom, a kitchen/living area, bathroom and separate toilet. Balcony overlooking the ski area and Pointe Percée. Ski locker. You will have all the amenities: - closet and plenty of storage, - hair dryer, - raclette and fondue multifunctional appliance, iron, clothes rack. - oven, microwave oven, large combined fridge-freezer, induction stove, filter coffee machine, "Dolce Gusto" pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine. - flat screen TV, many books and board games. The parking space is private, covered in the basement and closed with a padlock. Close to the ski slopes (ski bus at the foot of the residence, 10 minutes' drive) and many hiking departures (Lac de Lessy, Col de la Colombière, Lac de la Cour, Col des Annes, Mont Lachat...). 10 minutes from Grand-Bornand village, 15 minutes from St-Jean de Sixt, 20 minutes from La Clusaz, 25 minutes from Thônes, 30 minutes from Cluses and 45 minutes from Annecy. Please note that stays during the winter holidays (February) will be for a period of 7 nights with possible arrival on Saturday or Sunday. For organizational reasons, departures must be on Saturday or Sunday. In order to improve our service, fiber optic WiFi has just been installed (summer 2025) and is now accessible to our tenants. Guest access Entire and independent accommodation in residence. Other things to note Bed linen is included in the rental rate. Please note that towels are not included in the service. You will need to bring your own set. For the comfort of all and in case of late arrival, a lockbox is installed (the code will be sent to you the day before or the day of your arrival)
