The space Villa Evmenia is located in Loutraki Skopelos, above the port, 10 min. walk , 2 min. by car to the beach) It is 150 sq.m., on the first floor of the building and has a panoramic view of the sea, and the surrounding area! it is fully air-conditioned and WIFI in all areas. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big space with kitchen, living room, dining room . The villa has 3 verandas, one of them with barbecue OFFER: Free evening barbecue on the terrace of the villa, once a week, by the owners. Guest access On the upper floor (loft), there is the main bedroom, with an exposed ceiling, a double bed, 2 wardrobes and a desk. It has its own large terrace, with sunbeds and a large umbrella for shade. In the lower part, there are the 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk and the other with a single bed, wardrobe and desk. Also there is a living room , kitchen and dining area. There is also, a large terrace with a comfortable living room, with an electronic awning that opens and closes. From the living room area, a small staircase leads to the third large terrace, complete with a dining area, barbecue and wood oven. All the rooms and the common area have WIFI, TV (in the living room with satellite channels), air conditioning and heating (radiator).
