Queen bed upstairs, sleeper sofa in living room. Large deck at back of house to take advantage of fantastic views. Overlooks the town of Thomas. Within walking distance of downtown and the river. Downtown Thomas is within walking distance of the tiny home. Free street parking is also available if you prefer to drive. Street parking is available for a maximum of TWO vehicles. Property is NON-SMOKING both inside house and on front/rear deck, including vapes/e-cigarettes. Shower is equipped with an anti-scald feature for safety. This will activate if the temperature is turned too far up, causing the water to run cold. We have had this checked by a plumber on multiple occasions, and the system is working as designed.
