Family home for 9 people

We offer for rent our pretty family home nestled in a green setting, ideally located less than 30 minutes from Saint-Lô and Caen and 15 minutes from Bayeux. Historical region, you will have the opportunity to visit within an hour: the landing beaches, Mont Saint-Michel, the wild coasts of the Swiss Normandy. Our house is 190 m2 on a 3500 m2 lot also benefiting from an outdoor heated pool. The space Our house breaks down as follows: On the ground floor, a large living room with its bar area opens onto a kitchen with a large table that can accommodate 8 people. Right next door a pool area will be at your disposal as well as an arcade terminal. In terms of sleeping arrangements, the house offers 4 bedrooms. A master suite with its bathroom and a 160 x 200 cm bed. The second bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm bed, a children's bedroom with a bed 140 x 200 cm bed and finally the last bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed and a small sofa bed for one person. Linens are included in the rental, but bath towels are not provided. Other things to note For security, a deposit cheque of €1,500 will be requested when the keys are handed over on the day of arrival. I do not charge a cleaning fee, the house will have to be made clean as when handing over the keys. For the month of August, I accept requests for a minimum of 6 consecutive nights.
