Guest access There are two entrances to the house, the front main entrance leading into the hallway and a side door leading into the kitchen. You will have keys for both and you will be left to fully enjoy the historic elegance and modern comfort of Laurel Bank. Other things to note 1. Spring Water Supply: The home is supplied with spring water, which is filtered and suitable for drinking. However, due to the unique water supply, guests are asked to be considerate of their water usage. 2. Laundry Information: While there is no clothes dryer available in the home, guests have access to an outdoor washing line and an indoor clothes airer for drying laundry. 3. Firewood Supply for Stove: A limited supply of wood for the stove in the lounge is provided to get you started. Additional supplies can be purchased locally if needed. 4. Accessibility Note: The property has a small step at the main entrance and a few steps leading down to the side door. The Yorkshire stone steps can become slippery when wet, so please proceed with caution. 5. Garden and Terrace Access: The guests can enjoy the outdoor seating areas on the small terraces by each entrance. 6. Staircase: Guests should be aware that the property includes 18 stairs that connect ground floor with upstairs.
