Welcome to Daytona, the worlds most famous Beach! Beachfront, top floor condo w ocean and river views from both bedrooms. Large glass sliding doors in the LR and MBR so you can see the ocean from everywhere. See breathtaking sunrises on the Atlantic Ocean in the morning and magical sunsets on the Halifax River at night! Stainless steel appliances, extra beach towels and all the comforts of home included. Within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, the pier, & paddle board/bike rental. The space 1 parking space is provided in the parking garage below the building. There is a 7 foot maximum height. Public parking is available with in 1/2 mile. Our condo is on the top floor (12th) and we have a corner unit so the views are amazing! The balcony is one of the largest on the beach, you can see a full view of the ocean and intercoastal. Sunrises & sunsets! Guest access You have access to the entire condo. Fitness center, pool, hot tub, game area outside and grill. Other things to note Our building is undergoing construction to pool and seawall due to damage from hurricane Milton. At this time there’s no pool or beach access on property. Public beach access is very close by.
