Other things to note Other things to note: - When you check in, we would need a copy of your passport/ID to declare your stay with the local authority. - FREE Laundry - Self Serve - Liquid Detergent supplied - You will be given: + Passcode to unlock the entrance door + Lockbox code to get the room key & electricity card (to use air conditioner & water heating). This lockbox is attached next to the room door. + Welcome drink of bottled water upon arrival. The bottles are not restocked during the stay. + 1 bath towel per guest. - Extra toilet paper, tissue etc. are available on request, feel free to let us know. - We do not enter the guests's rooms when the guests have not agreed to. Please let us know if you don’t want the cleaner to enter the room during the stay or you have specific cleaning request (for example: bath towels & room cleaning every other day...) Our cleaner will be available to do the cleaning from 11am to 1pm. - We also have big trash bin at the ground floor that you can put the tightened trash bag. - Please kindly TURN OFF all of the electric devices unused when you leave home (even during your stay) to avoid overuse of electricity & to save the energy, then protect the environment.
