This modern and private guest house with a stunning view of the water is newly constructed! Whether you’re looking to explore Nova Scotia’s beautiful south shore or take a short drive into the city this space is perfect for you. Our guest house is within close proximity to popular Nova Scotia musts like The Shore Club (7.6 km) and Sensea Nordic Spa (25km)! The space Sitting amongst the trees this bright cozy one bedroom open concept space has a small kitchenette and appliances for light meal preparation as well as a full size bathroom with a walk-in shower. This space includes a heat pump to ensure you have the perfect temperature that suits your needs. We encourage all guests to bring your bikes! We have a bike rack available for you to use and our property crosses the Rails to Trails, a beautiful trail system extending from Halifax all the way down the south shore. Queensland beach is a quick 6 minute drive away and Cleveland beach is only 4 minutes away! Guest access Guests have access to the entire detached space with its own entrance. The owners reside on the property in their own home. There is ample room for parking at the front of the home and room to turn around. Other things to note We welcome small young families!
